They can't sort it if you don't report it.
If you spy any fly-tipping, report it to Calderdale Council.

You will need the exact location. The form will also ask you what the rubbish is and how much there is.
Photos are phenomenally helpful for the Calderdale team as it helps them to track any changes to size of the tipping mound.
If you saw the fly-tipping take place, please give them the day, date and time, a description of those involved and details of any vehicle used, such as registration number, colour, make or model.
