Brig Royd Toilets

The Parish Council submitted an Expression of Interest to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council (CMBC) on 1 October 2024, regarding the currently closed public conveniences at Brig Royd on Halifax Road with a view to re-opening the toilets and taking on the operation and maintenance.

CMBC supplied further information about the asset, and the Council requested clarification about certain aspects of the running costs of the toilets, particularly concerning the ground rent charge.

The Council is currently awaiting a response from CMBC.
